Jacquelyn S. Holden was born in Florida and raised in West Virginia. In 1993, she graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Political Science. Jacquelyn attended New York Law School in New York City, New York and graduated in 1998.
Following law school, she moved to South Florida to commence her career as a trial lawyer, wherein she began as a prosecutor with the 17th Judicial Circuit of Broward County, Florida. Subsequently, she decided to move into the private sector practicing with a prominent South Florida intellectual property law firm specializing in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation. She then became as an associate with Krupnick, Campbell where she litigates cases in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, admiralty/maritime law, general negligence and insurance dispute cases, and products liability cases, including pharmaceutical and mass tort litigation.
Jacquelyn is admitted to practice in the states of Florida, New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Additionally, she is admitted to the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, the Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit of Florida, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Supreme Court. She is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, of which she is also a member of the Academy's Women's Caucus, the New York Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers/Broward County Women Lawyers' Association, and the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association. She is also a Qualified Arbitrator in Broward County, Florida, and is on the Board of Directors for the St. Thomas More Society of South Florida. |
