Robert J. McKee was born in Washington, D.C., on February 21, 1957. He was raised in a career military family and experienced living in many areas of the United States. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Science from the University of Florida with highest honors in 1979. Prior to commencing his legal career, he developed enterprises as a South Florida landscape contractor and nurseryman.

Looking for new challenges, Bob entered law school at St. Thomas University School of Law. He graduated in 1992 with honors and was a member of the Law Review.

Bob became an associate with Krupnick Campbell Malone Roselli Buser Slama & Hancock in 1993. His background in agricultural science was immediately put to use as he became integrally involved in the firm's representation of over 200 farmers against E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company, Inc. in regard to its fungicide Benlate®. Bob became a partner in 1998, and the firm's name was changed to Krupnick Campbell Malone Roselli Buser Slama Hancock McNelis Liberman & McKee in 1999.

In addition to all Florida courts, Bob is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Utilizing his science education and experience, Bob specializes in toxic torts, agricultural, environmental, commercial, and complex products liability litigation. He handles toxic exposure and contamination cases throughout the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Bob is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, and the Broward County Bar Association. He is also actively involved with the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and Broward County Trial Lawyers. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of St. Thomas University and is actively involved in the Brain Injury Association of Florida.
