Senator
Walter G. "Skip" Campbell was recently presented with several
awards for his leadership and legislative service.
o The American Diabetes Association honored Campbell with a VALOR Award
for his boldness, bravery, courage, fearlessness, fortitude, gallantry,
hardiness, heroism, intrepidity, prowess, spirited and valiant efforts
on behalf of the community, truly exemplifying VALOR.
o The Florida Cattlemen's Association honored Campbell with the Legislator
of the Year Award.
o The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers bestowed a Legislative Leadership Award
on Campbell.
o The deHoernie Alzheimer's Pavilion presented an award to Campbell for the
Senate bills he has worked on ensuring quality health care and patients rights
for Florida's most vulnerable senior citizens.
