Joseph J. Slama recently lectured on Managing International Litigation at the Blue Angels Seminar in Pensacola, Florida. The seminar was sponsored by the National Transportation Safety Board Bar, and the Trial Lawyers Section and the Aviation Law Committee of The Florida Bar. Slama discussed three cases on Forum Non Conveniens Law and information on a recent ruling on the Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act (FSIA).
