Scott S. Liberman was born in Gainesville, Florida, and moved with his family to South Florida in 1966. He attended the University of South Florida as a pre-med student. While at the University of South Florida, Scott received a fellowship from the Florida Division of the American Cancer Society to assist in cancer research. He graduated with a B.S. degree in biology in 1986.
Scott then attended the University of Florida School of Law and graduated in 1989. He gained experience at two major firms in South Florida before becoming an associate with Krupnick Campbell in 1993. Following several years of outstanding trial results and success in his cases, Scott became a partner in 1998. In 1999, the firm's name was changed to Krupnick Campbell Malone Roselli Buser Slama Hancock McNelis Liberman & McKee.
Scott is admitted to practice before all Florida courts and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He has also handled medical malpractice cases in Arkansas, the District of Columbia, Georgia, and Colorado.
